| Tyrone Joubert
Tyrone Joubert graduated with a Bcomm in 2004 with majors in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics at UCT. Immediately after graduating, he was employed by Investec in Cape Town. In 2005, he completed his Honours in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management. He is presently studying to become a chartered accountant while working full-time at Investec Bank. Since the beginning of 2010, Tyrone is a decision maker on the Risk Committee at Investec in the Cape Town division.
During his undergraduate years, Tyrone gave freely of his time to teach mathematics to school children in an impoverished area of Cape Town. He continues to assist with community projects in the education field.
Tyrone is married and has one daughter.

| Jasper Lewitton (Founding Trustee)
Jasper Lewitton is the head of Business Strategy & Development for UBS Wealth Management in the US, a company with in excess of $500B of assets under management. Jasper has also held the positions of Chief Operating Officer of Citigroup Property Investors and Head of Strategy of Citigroup Alternative Investments. Prior to this Jasper was at the Boston Consulting group where he focused on financial services working in Australia and London. Jasper is a qualified attorney holding a BCom LLB as well as a LLM from Cambridge University.

Nicholas Adam Raphaely (Founding Trustee)
Nick Raphaely lives in Sydney, Australia and is a director and co-founder of Ashton Advisors, a boutique asset management business. Prior to this Nick worked for Merrill Lynch in investment banking in the UK and Australia. Nick holds a Business Science degree from Cape Town University and an MA from Cambridge University.

| Richard J Goldstone
A retired Justice of the Constitutional Court of South Africa, Richard Goldstone served as Chairperson of the Commission of Inquiry regarding Public Violence and Intimidation which came to be known as the Goldstone Commission. For over two years he served as the Chief Prosecutor of the United Nations International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda. Justice Goldstone recently retired as the founding chairperson of the Bradlow Foundation, a charitable educational fund. For twelve years he was the Chancellor of the University of the Witwatersrand and is a Governor of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Since his retirement from the Constitutional Court at the end of 2004, Justice Goldstone has been teaching at law schools in the United States.

| Kevin Wayne Pamensky
Kevin Pamensky is head of New Markets in Private Wealth Management in the Emerging Markets region at Goldman Sachs in London. Previously, he managed a Private Wealth Division for South African and UK business for eight years. Kevin joined Goldman Sachs in 1996. He was named executive director in 2000 and managing director in 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Kevin worked in corporate finance for six years at the law firm S.J. Berwin & Co. Kevin earned a BA LLB (Law) at Witwatersrand University in Johannesburg, South Africa. He graduated as a solicitor (lawyer) in 1989 in London. Kevin and his wife, Shelly, have three children and live in North London.

| Leila Patel
Leila Patel is the Director of the Centre for Social Development in Africa and Professor of Social Development Studies at the University of Johannesburg. She was previously the Director General of Social Welfare in South Africa and Deputy Vice Chancellor and Vice-Principal of the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. She played a leading role in the development of South Africa’s welfare policy after apartheid. Her research interests are social welfare, social security, social development and civic engagement. She is editor of the Social Worker Researcher Practitioner and her recent book is titled Social Welfare and Social Development in South Africa (Oxford University Press, 2005).

| Mamphela Aletta Ramphele
Dr Mamphela Ramphele is the Executive Chair of Circle Capital Ventures and is a director of major companies. She served as a Managing Director of the World Bank from May 2000 to July 2004. Prior to joining the bank, Mamphele Ramphele was Vice-Chancellor of the University of Cape Town.
Mamphela Ramphele qualified as a medical doctor at the University of Natal in 1972. She holds a PhD in Social Anthropology from the University of Cape Town, a BCom degree in Administration from the University of South Africa, and diplomas in Tropical Health and Hygiene, and Public Health, from the University of Witwatersrand.

| Anthony G Raphaely
Having spent many years as an executive director of companies active in international commodity trading, Tony Raphaely retired from active business in 1995 since which time he has devoted considerable energies to promoting educational endeavors in South Africa. Together with Rand Afrikaans University, he was instrumental in the establishment of a privately funded primary school for black pupils in Rustenburg and now administers the Link-SA Fund.
